Known for his work with Brass Bands & orchestras, he will be greatly missed. We are saddened to hear that the conductor Bramwell Tovey has passed away. Editor Martin Cullingford writes "A commitment to the finest artists and the highest sound quality, the Colchester-based company is a shining beacon for the art of recording". We are delighted - and extremely proud - to have been awarded Gramophone's coveted 'label of the year'. He was much loved in the industry and by all at Chandos right up to this day and will be much remembered for his huge knowledge of music, optimism, dedication and love for the industry and those that worked within it. Paul was Press Officer at Chandos Records for 25 years and was instrumental in its success. He died of cancer on Christmas day, one day before his 53rd birthday. We are saddened to announce the death of Paul Westcott. We apologise for the inconvenience it causes our customers.
